NANDAN VATIKA (Duplex)

 

SPECIFICATION

 

FOUNDATION :

Column foundation with required specification.

 

PLINTH BAND :

R.C.C Plinth band will be provided using 12mm, 10mm & 8mm dia. M.S. rod as required and required no. of columns as per design specification.

 

LINTEL :

Cut  lintel shall be provided at a height of 7’ from plinth level.

 

SUPER  STRUCTURE :

The Super Structure will be constructed with first class K.B. bricks having (1:6) cement mortar.

 

ROOF  :

R.C.C roof with W.P. treatment shall be provided at the height of 10’-2” from plinth level as per the required design.

 

FLOORING  :

All floors shall be done with Vitrified tile flooring , Glazed tiles shall be provided in the daddo of toilet/s up to 7’ height. Kitchen cooking platform shall be fixed with Granite slab and Stainless steel sink, Glazed tiles will be provided over cooking platform up to 2’-6”. Toilet/s will have Anti-skid floor tiles and kitchen will have flooring with Vitrified tiles.

 

DOORS & WINDOWS  :

All the door frames will be Sal wood of 4” x 2 ½” sections with factory made flush doors. Main door shall be of 3’-6” and other doors will be 3’-0” width except toilets, which will be of 2’-6” width. Powder coated Aluminum window frames and glaze panels along with safety grills will be provided not exceeding 4’- 6” x 4’-0” in size at convenient places numbering 1 / 2 in each room as decided by the DEVELOPER.

 

ELECTRICAL WORKS  :

Concealed P.V.C. pipes will be laid in roofs and walls. The wires will be of Finolex or equivalent brand. One call bell point will be provided outside the front door. MCB, Modular switches and required no. of power points (15 amp) of Havells, Legrands or equivalent brand will be provided.

 

SANITARY WORKS  :

The toilets will have one Indian and other one Western W/C with Health Plus. Each toilet has one Towel rail; soap disc and necessary tap connections and sanitary fittings of Jaguar, Parryware or equivalent brand. One washbasin and face mirror will be provided in dinning / toilet/s.

 

PAINTS  :

All exterior shall be provided with weather coats and interior shall be furnished with acrylic emulsion paints with putty of Berger or equivalent brand . Doors and windows shall be furnished with required enamel paints.

 

WATER SUPPLY  :

Common water supply arrangements will be provided as per the decision of the DEVELOPER. Supply line up to over-head tank (capacity of 1200 liters) will be provided.

 

BOUNDARY  :

Four sided Boundary wall along with gate having 5” thickness with hollow bricks up to 4’-6” above ground level shall be provided.

 

PARAPET WALL :

Parapet wall made of bricks up to 2’-6” height with 5” thickness will be provided.

 

STAIR CASE  /  HEAD ROOM  :

Marble floored 3’ wide stairs up to roof top will be provided. Stair rails with square bars and MS pipes will be provided. RCC slab will be provided over Head room.
